All Standard Amenities & Upgrade Prices are subject to change without notice, please confirm that any price sheets or paperwork that you have are current at the time you sign your contract or before you make any changes.
Please remember that until the time of closing the home we are building for you belongs to Southern Custom Homebuilders, LLC.  We ask that you do not move anything into the home until that time. We also ask that you do not hinder the progress of our subcontractors, any questions or problems you have should be handled through our office.

We will not allow any sweat equity to be preformed by the homebuyer because of liability issues to Southern Custom Homebuilders, LLC.

Upgrades to the standard amenities supplied by Southern Custom Homebuilders, LLC. are to be paid for by the homebuyer upfront and are non-refundable if for any reason home is not purchased by you.

A change order fee of $100 will be charged to any changes or additions made to original agreed upon plans & selections.

Change orders will have an effect on your closing date.

Southern Custom Homebuilders, LLC. will supply you with a Homeowners Manual at the time of your final walk-through. It will supply you with warranty information, tips and helpful hints on the care and maintenance of your new home. Please read and follow the instructions in your homeowners’ manual.
