I wanted to thank you so much for all of your help with the warranty process including this week.  I was very surprised to see that Rodolfo had fixed the faucet; I didn't mean for him to have to do that but it meant a lot to me.  You and the entire staff have made the painful process of building a home a lot easier.  Everyone has always been so helpful and understanding through this entire process and I will and have recommended Rodney to everyone!
